Diwanet is a business-first social platform. Only legally registered businesses, sole proprietors, stores, restaurants, or recognized organizations are eligible to create a business page.

3. Code of Conduct and Content Guidelines

By publishing updates, images, videos, or posts on Diwanet, you agree that your content will not:

Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others (copyrights, trademarks, patents).

We reserve the right to review, edit, or delete any content or suspend any account that violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any logos, photos, text, or other media you upload to Diwanet. However, by posting content on our public platform, you grant Diwanet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your business profile and posts.

The Diwanet name, logo, site design, and software are the exclusive property of Diwanet and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Platform Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep Diwanet running reliably, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, page, or service at any time without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Diwanet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business listing, user-submitted content, or media on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diwanet and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or reputation.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diwanet, its partners, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, or legal fees arising out of your content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another business or visitor.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada (or your local governing region), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify registered business owners of significant updates. Continuing to use Diwanet after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
